Tell us about your custom hut. If you need a different size, layout, window or door arrangement, or something outside our standard specification, give us the main details below. You do not need to know every detail — we’ll review your requirements and get in touch to discuss the project with you.
We’ll review the information you’ve provided and get in touch to discuss your project and the next steps.
Douglas Fir: A strong, warm-toned softwood with natural grain and character. Colour and grain vary between boards and the timber will naturally change in appearance with age and exposure, often weathering towards a silver-grey tone if left untreated.
Scottish Larch: A naturally durable timber with a generally richer golden to reddish tone and pronounced grain. Every board is different, and untreated larch will gradually weather and can develop a silver-grey appearance over time.
Corrugated Steel: A durable, low-maintenance exterior finish using pre-finished corrugated steel. Steel cladding is fitted vertically and is available in our standard colour choices.
Vertical cladding: The timber boards run vertically from the base towards the roof, giving the hut a taller, traditional appearance.
Horizontal cladding: The timber boards run horizontally along the length of the hut, creating a broader, more contemporary appearance.
Corrugated steel cladding is fitted vertically as standard.
Style 1 — Small Glazed Door: A handcrafted painted timber door with a small glazed panel, giving a traditional appearance while still allowing some natural light through the door.
Style 2 — Large Glazed Door: A handcrafted painted timber door with a much larger upper glazed panel, allowing more natural light into the hut. The door is painted in your selected standard colour.
Tall window — 550 mm × 1000 mm: An opening double-glazed window measuring approximately 550 mm wide × 1000 mm high. The frame colour will match the selected door colour.
Square window — 700 mm × 700 mm: An opening double-glazed square window measuring approximately 700 mm × 700 mm. The frame colour will match the selected door colour.
Mix of tall and square windows: Use a combination of the 550 mm × 1000 mm tall windows and 700 mm × 700 mm square windows. We will confirm the final mix and positions with you before manufacture.
Torch-on felt roof: Our standard curved roof finish. Torch-on felt provides a robust weatherproof covering and is included in the base hut price.
Coloured corrugated steel roof: A durable profiled-steel roof fitted over the curved roof structure for a distinctive, low-maintenance external finish. Choose from the available standard colours.
White painted walls: The insulated interior walls are plasterboarded and finished in white paint, giving a clean, bright finish ready to use.
Custom wall colour: Keep the plasterboarded wall finish but choose one of our alternative standard paint colours instead of white.
Half-height tongue & groove: Timber tongue-and-groove boarding is fitted to the lower section of the walls, with the upper wall remaining plasterboarded and painted. This adds warmth and a more traditional timber character to the interior.
Pine tongue & groove: A light natural softwood with visible grain and knots. Pine is included when the tongue-and-groove wall option is selected.
Oak tongue & groove: A premium hardwood upgrade with a stronger grain pattern and richer natural appearance than pine.
Structural subfloor: The hut is supplied with its structural subfloor complete but without a decorative floor covering, leaving it ready for your own flooring after delivery.
Carpet with underlay: Fitted carpet with underlay provides a softer and warmer finished floor. Choose from the available standard carpet colours.
Laminate flooring: A fitted, easy-care laminate floor available in a choice of standard timber-effect shades.
No bathroom: The hut is supplied without a bathroom fit-out, giving you the maximum amount of open internal space.
WC + basin: A compact bathroom fit-out with a toilet and washbasin. Bathroom windows use privacy glass and remain opening windows.
Full bathroom with shower: A complete bathroom fit-out with toilet, washbasin and shower. Bathroom windows use privacy glass. Where the shower layout restricts available wall space, the bathroom window may need to be narrower than the standard window size; this will be confirmed when the final layout is agreed.
Bathroom window: Bathroom windows are supplied with privacy glass and are opening windows. Where a shower is selected, the available wall space may require the bathroom window to be narrower than the standard window size. We’ll confirm this when the final bathroom layout is agreed.
No kitchenette: The hut is supplied without a fitted kitchenette, leaving the internal space available for your own layout or furniture.
Fitted kitchenette: A compact fitted kitchenette including standard cabinets, worktop, sink and tap. Choose your cabinet colour and worktop style in the following options.
No electrical provision: No electrical first fix is installed as part of the hut build.
