For most mainland locations, pricing is straightforward and predictable.

For islands or remote locations, delivery is assessed individually due to:
- Ferry requirements
- Additional transport logistics
- Site-specific constraints

These deliveries will always be confirmed with you before proceeding.

Before ordering, you must ensure your site is suitable for delivery.

You will need:
- Adequate access width for a delivery vehicle
- Sufficient height clearance (trees, cables, structures)
- Space for unloading and positioning

Our delivery vehicles are typically 18-tonne HIAB lorries, approximately 12m long, 2.5m wide, and 4m high, so suitable access is essential.

Huts are delivered on a trailer and positioned on site. While fitted with wheels, these are primarily decorative and only suitable for very short adjustments.

Huts are not designed to be manoeuvred long distances or around tight corners once delivered.

If access is restricted, you must contact us before ordering so we can assess the situation and advise accordingly.

We typically deliver huts using a HIAB lorry (crane-equipped vehicle), allowing them to be lifted directly into position.

In some cases, additional or specialist lifting equipment may be required, particularly where:
- Access is limited
- The hut must be positioned over obstacles
- Ground conditions prevent standard placement

Any additional requirements will be discussed and agreed in advance.

Wheels are for visual and positioning purposes only and must not be used for support or transport.

The hut must be installed with the chassis fully supported on suitable load-bearing blocks or a proper base. It must not be left sitting on its wheels.

A suitable, level base is required, such as:
- Concrete pads
- Timber sleepers
- Concrete slab

The base must be level, stable, completed before delivery, and suitable for the size and weight of the hut.

Failure to provide a suitable base may delay or prevent installation and may result in additional costs. The company accepts no liability for issues arising from improper support or base preparation.

You are responsible for ensuring that your hut complies with all relevant requirements.

This includes:
- Planning permission (where required)
- Building regulations
- Utility connections (electricity, water, drainage)

Requirements vary depending on:
- Location
- Intended use (personal use, rental, or commercial)

We strongly recommend checking with your local authority before ordering if you are unsure.

- Delivery pricing is based on standard access and conditions only
- Final delivery cost will always be confirmed before your build begins
- Site-specific challenges may affect delivery method and cost
- Clear communication before delivery ensures a smooth installation
