Help & Information

Clear guidance, policies and definitions for customers

1. Choose Your Base Hut
Start by selecting the hut size that suits your space and how you plan to use it.

All huts are:
Solid timber construction
Fully insulated for year-round use
Built to order in Scotland

You can choose from Small, Medium, or Large layouts depending on whether the hut is for work, relaxation, guests, or glamping.
2. Customise the Hut
You then tailor the hut to suit your needs — inside and out.

You can customise:
- Interior look (wall finishes, colours)
- Flooring (vinyl, carpet, laminate, or bare subfloor)
- Bathroom options (none, WC only, or full wet room)
- Electrics (pre-wired, off-grid options)
- Doors and windows
- Roof style
- External timber finish
- Optional kitchen

Internal layout (open plan or partitioned)

All options are clearly priced and optional in the Build & Quote.
3. Get a Clear Quote
As you customise your hut, the price will update.

When you’re ready, you’ll receive:
A written quotation
A full specification breakdown
Indicative build and delivery times

Nothing is built until everything is agreed in writing.
4. Final Specification Review
Before build begins, we review your full specification with you.

This ensures:
The layout suits your intended use
All options work together properly
There are no surprises later

If something isn’t practical or appropriate, we’ll tell you honestly.
5. Handcrafted Build
Your hut is then built by hand in our Inverness workshop.

Each hut is:
Built to order (not mass-produced)
Constructed using durable, weather-appropriate materials
Checked throughout the build process for quality

This is not a flat-pack or prefab unit.
6. Delivery & Placement
Once complete, we arrange delivery to your site.

Delivery includes:
Transport from our Inverness workshop
Positioning of the hut on site (subject to access)
Delivery costs are confirmed after checking location and access, so there are no last-minute surprises.
7. Aftercare & Support
We’re here even after delivery.

You’ll receive:
Guidance on care and maintenance
Practical advice on use and ventilation
Support if you want future changes or upgrades

You’ll always deal with a real person.
