Accessing the Hut
The key safe code will be sent to you after your booking is confirmed.

The key safe is located to the left of the front door. Inside, you’ll find the key that opens both doors.
Dimplex Heater
It is set to 18°C by default between 7am and 12pm.
To increase termperature:
  • To boost the temperature to 21°C, press MENU, then press ENTER twice.
This will raise the hut’s temperature to 21°C for 2 hours.
To turn off:
  • Pull the cord again
Information:
The heater may click quietly — this is normal.
Please do not cover the heater with clothes or towels.
If the screen displays “Open Window Detected”, close the window/door and hold ENTER for 10 seconds to reset.
The Bathroom Heater
To use:
  • Ensure the switch on the outside of the bathroom is switched on
  • To switch it on, pull the cord once. This will activate the heater.
  • It will run for approximately 30 minutes before switching off automatically.
  • If you require additional heat, simply pull the cord again to restart the timer.
The microwave will start immediately.
To turn off:
  • Pull the cord again
Information:
The heater may make a gentle fan noise while operating — this is normal.
Please do not cover or obstruct the heater.
For safety, the heater will automatically shut off if it overheats.
Electric Shower
This is an electric shower, meaning it heats the water instantly. It is separate from the main hot water system.
To use:
  • Ensure the switch on the outside of the bathroom is switched on
  • Press the power button at the bottom of the unit to turn the shower on.
  • Set the top dial to “High” for best water pressure and consistent performance.
  • Use the temperature dial (the lower dial) to adjust the water temperature.
To turn off:
  • Press the power button again.
Induction Hob
To Use:
  • Plug in the hob.
  • Press the On/Off button for the cooking zone you want to use.
  • Place your pan on the ring.
  • Use the + / – buttons to adjust the heat level (1–10).
The hob will not heat unless a suitable pan is on the ring.
To Turn Off:
  • Press the On/Off button again.
  • Allow the surface to cool before touching or cleaning.
The glass surface may stay warm after cooking.

Do not place metal objects (cutlery, foil) on the surface.

Microwave (Hisense 700W, 20L)
To Heat Food:
  • Turn the Power Dial (top dial) to your desired setting: Low for defrost, Med and High for general cooking.
  • Turn the Timer Dial (bottom dial) to set the cooking time.
  • Place your pan on the ring.
The microwave will start immediately.
To Stop:
  • Open the door at any time to stop.
  • Or turn the timer back to 0.
Important:
Do not put metal, foil, or metal-trimmed plates inside.
Do not run the microwave empty.
The plate inside rotates — ensure it is sitting properly on the ring.
Washer Dryer
Quick Wash (Recommended)
  • Load clothes (do not overfill — about ¾ full).
  • Put detergent directly into the drum (pods/capsules go in first, then clothes on top).
  • Turn the dial to Rapid 14’/30’/44’. Press the clock button until 44 minutes shows on the display.
  • Press Start ▶️.
Drying Only
  • Load clothes (max drying load 5kg - half a drum)
  • Turn dial to Low Heat (gentler) or High Heat (faster).
  • Press Start ▶️.
Alternatively, you can use the washing line next the bedroom door in the fenced garden.
